Cook some rice, and in a seperate pot some seaweed.. Cut a chicken fillet up in smallish chunks and fry in olive oil with some onion, garlic and chilli. Once all is cooked mix together and add some salt.. Serve with a crunchy salad of greens and avocado sprinkled with linseeds and balsamic, don't forget the beetroot with a bit of bulgarian yogurt..bon appetit!
